Mason Tayler Medical Corporation Terms and Conditions

1. Ordering Information – All items are to be ordered by product code. Minimum order value is $75.00 or a service charge may be added. Large quantity orders may be eligible for discount pricing. Orders may be phoned in to our toll free number 888-270-7494 or faxed directly to our Sales Department at 716-883-8099.
2. Terms – MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are now accepted. Discounts do not apply to charge card purchases. Payment terms are 2%-10 days or net 30 days from date of invoice with approved credit, or prepayment by check or wire transfer.
3. Shipping Charges – FOB Ship Point-Prepaid and Added to invoice. Orders exceeding $800.00 will receive normal ground freight charges prepaid.
4. Returned Goods Policy –
- Goods will not be accepted at Mason Tayler Medical without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
- Mason Tayler Medical will accept authorized returns freight collect and full credit for items shipped in error, or merchandise defective at time of receipt.
- Merchandise returned in satisfactory condition 0-6 months from date of purchase will be discounted 25% for restocking charges.
- Merchandise held more that 6 to 12 months wil be discounted 40% for restocking.
- No credit will be issued for merchandise that cannot be reprocessed.
- When requesting a return authorization of Mason Tayler Medical products, you will need the product number, lot number and quantity to be returned along with the original purchase order and invoice number.
